1. Services

VaporDetailer provides professional detailing services for aerospace, automotive, and motorcycle clients. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating application, and protective treatments.

2. Booking and Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. We require accurate vehicle and contact information to process your booking. Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full service charge

For aerospace services, we require 72 hours notice for cancellations due to the specialized nature and scheduling requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate accounts. A deposit may be required for large projects or new clients.

5. Liability and Insurance

VaporDetailer carries comprehensive liability insurance. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service
• Damage due to defective parts or previous repairs
• Natural wear and deterioration
• Items left in vehicles during service

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.

6. Warranty

Ceramic coating and paint protection services include a warranty as specified in your service agreement. Warranty claims require proof of proper maintenance and are subject to inspection by our technicians.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their vehicle
• Disclosing any known issues or concerns
• Ensuring access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
• Removing personal items before service

8. Changes to Terms

VaporDetailer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
